Home Inspection Services
Carina has been offering residential home inspection services for over two years and has completed over 125 home inspections. With two New York State licensed home inspectors, we can respond quickly to your needs. Our reports feature digital photos, a description of all conditions inspected, and are emailed to you and your realtor within 1 business day of the inspection. You are welcome to join us and ask questions on all inspections.

Comprehensive Home
Inspection |
A complete inspection of the home including grounds, roof, exterior, foundation, structural framing, porch or deck, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basement, interior finishes, interior rooms, stairs, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Includes written report and digital photos.

Abbreviated Home
Inspection |
An abbreviated inspection of the home including grounds, roof, exterior, foundation, structural framing, porch or deck, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, stairs, and basement. Includes written report and digital photos. |

Buyer Walk-Through
Home Inspection |
A 1 1/2 hour on-site inspection with customer and/or realtor. Best suited to give a level of confidence prior to making a formal offer. Does not include written report. A $50 discount will be given if customer later requests an Abbreviated or Comprehensive Inspection. |
