Four years ago we did our homework and contracted with Matt Haney of Carina Construction for the cottage of our dreams on Cayuga Lake.  It was a difficult site and we made several modifications of the Simplex design.  Matt and his colleagues were knowledgeable, effective in handling every phase of construction and brought the job to completion on schedule.  Even after the last payment had been made, Matt was quick to resolve a couple of minor problems.  Now we are enjoying this get-away throughout the year.  We keep in touch with Matt from time to time and value his integrity and friendship.
